Based on the vehicle's manufacturing date and proof of registration within the United Arab Emirates, and in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority's decision, it was determined that VAT had been paid on the first supply in accordance with Law No. 52.

1. يقر الطرف الأول بأن السيارة موضوعة على مسؤوليته الشخصية، وأن جميع المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة وكاملة، ويتحمل المسؤولية القانونية الكاملة تجاه أي نقص أو خطأ في هذه البيانات.

The seller acknowledges that he is responsible for all information provided regarding the vehicle and confirms that the agreed price of the vehicle has been received in full.

2. يقر الطرف الأول بأن السيارة خالية من العيوب الجوهرية غير الظاهرة، وأنه لم يقم بإخفاء أي معلومات تتعلق بحالتها الفنية أو القانونية.

Any defects in the car that appear after purchase and are proven to be contrary to the information received from the seller will result in the seller bearing the consequences.

3. يتعهد الطرف الأول بأن السيارة خالية من أي رهون أو التزامات قانونية أو مخالفات مرورية أو قضايا، وأنه يحق له قانونًا التصرف بملكيتها ونقلها.

The seller confirms that he is the legal owner of the vehicle and that the vehicle is free from any mortgage, lien, loan, police case, fines, or legal restrictions, and that it is eligible for transfer of ownership.

4. يلتزم الطرف الأول بالحضور شخصيًا أو قانونيًا لإتمام إجراءات نقل ملكية السيارة في هيئة الطرق والمواصلات، وتقديم كافة المستندات المطلوبة.

The seller agrees to cooperate fully in completing the vehicle ownership transfer at RTA and to provide all required documents and clearances.

5. يقر الطرفان بأن هذا العقد تم وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأن أي نزاع ينشأ بشأنه يخضع لاختصاص محاكم دبي.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. يقر الطرف الأول باستلام كامل قيمة بيع السيارة نقدًا من الطرف الثاني، ولا يحق له الرجوع بأي مطالبات مالية لاحقة بعد توقيع هذا العقد.

The seller acknowledges receipt of the full purchase price in cash and confirms that no further amounts are due from the buyer.

7. لا يتحمل الطرف الأول أي مسؤولية عن السيارة بعد إتمام نقل الملكية وتسليمها للطرف الثاني.
