| First Party has agreed to authorize, convey and transfer the vehicle described in to the second party by handing over Original RC, Insurance, All Original Key, Bank Documents and any other documents pertaining to the transfer of the car with signed RTO Forms. The first party understands that he transfers the sole right of ownership of the motor vehicle and his right to refer to the second party to be used at sole discretion of second party at his or her own will. And also he will receive all the payment for this car. |
| يوافق الطرف الأول على تفويض ونقل وتسليم المركبة الموصوفة للطرف الثاني من خلال تسليم الملكية الأصلية والتأمين وجميع المفاتيح الأصلية وأي مستندات أخرى تتعلق بنقل السيارة مع النماذج الموقعة. يفهم الطرف الأول أنه ينقل كامل حق الملكية للطرف الثاني ويحق للطرف الثاني استخدامها حسب إرادته، كما يتسلم الطرف الأول كامل قيمة السيارة. |
| The Second Party acknowledges that he has taken delivery of the vehicle and confirms that he is in possession of all material papers and documents pertaining to the Vehicle. The Second Party understands that all responsibilities and risks associated with the Vehicle after the date and time of execution of this Agreement shall be borne by the Second Party until the Company sells the vehicle. |
| يقر الطرف الثاني بأنه استلم المركبة وحاز على جميع الأوراق والمستندات المتعلقة بها، ويفهم أن جميع المسؤوليات والمخاطر المرتبطة بالمركبة بعد تاريخ ووقت تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية تكون على عاتقه حتى تقوم الشركة ببيع المركبة. |
| Second party warrants to first party that :- all disclosures to first party and other matters in connection with such transaction, are in all respects as required by, and in accordance with, all applicable laws and regulations prevailing at time of signing this sale agreement with no material facts hidden in. |
| يضمن الطرف الثاني للطرف الأول أن جميع الإفصاحات والمسائل المتعلقة بهذه المعاملة تمت وفقًا للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها وقت توقيع اتفاقية البيع، دون إخفاء أي حقائق جوهرية. |
